About Ocean Township Schools
Located in New Jersey, Ocean Township School District is made of two schools: Waretown Elementary and the Frederic A. Priff School.
Project Goals:

- User-friendly navigation for parents, teachers, and students
- Functional administrative portal for office staff
Amidst the massive shift towards virtual learning, S-FX.com redesigned the OTSD website to provide the community with a modernized, accessible web presence. Working with the Board of Education and with teacher input – we started by regrouping the District’s navigation so that it presented a clear, succinct path for the community to find what they were looking for.
For the design, we amplified the District’s branding to create a uniform aesthetic throughout the entire website. Understanding the project’s audience, we put a priority on user interface through bold, contrasting colors, mobile responsiveness, and large call to actions.
Behind the scenes, we built custom post types to allow for a seamless experience in editing content.
